We believe that counselling and psychotherapy should be available to all who can benefit. We are committed to equality and have a positive approach to cultural and sexual diversity. We have a number of low cost places to help people on low incomes to access our services.
We are regulated by a strict code of professional ethics and are members of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling and the British Psychoanalytic Council.
We have each received rigorous training lasting five years and are rooted in mainstream psychodynamic thinking which has the longest track record of all the modern talking therapies. This means that our approach to counselling and psychotherapy focuses on addressing the specific issues that each individual brings rather than taking you through a pre-set programme.
