What We Offer
We provide confidential, one to one counselling and psychotherapy in central London between Vauxhall and Westminster, on the South Bank of the River Thames.
Our counsellors and psychotherapists offer open-ended therapy which lasts as long as you need. We also offer some places for short-term counselling. From October 2021, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) may be available at reduced rates.
Appointments are from 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday.
You may or may not know in advance what the source of your difficulties may be. Part of our process is to explore together what has led you here.
Once we hear from you, we will contact you and arrange for you to meet a therapist for one or two initial consultations to discuss your particular needs and how you might best work together.
We charge a fee of £70 - £90+ for each therapy session which lasts 50 minutes.
Some reduced fee places are available during the daytime for students and the unemployed.
Call us on 020 3567 1007 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
Southbank Counselling works closely with a range of other psychotherapists and specialist practices who we can refer to should we decide with patients that this would be in their best interests.
